Before there was a brand, there was a fellowship. A permanent tribute to the few who showed up at the beginning, back when Iron Chapel was just a conviction.

Blair Dalziel

The Vision. The Mission. The Iron.

Blair has always believed that the gym is holy ground. In 2020, that conviction became a brand. As his faith deepened, so did his desire to live it out loud, and with it came a bigger dream: a community, and someday a physical space where Christians come together to grow stronger not just in body, but in spirit. He's never done it alone. The people around him, friends and family who've challenged him to get 1% better every day, are the reason Iron Chapel exists. This page is for them.

Pranay Malla

Pranay has been a close friend and an entrepreneurial spark since 2010. He was one of the first to believe in the vision, a space where people could come together under one roof, not just to train, but to belong. They chased more ideas than either could count before the gym became the one worth building. Iron Chapel exists in part because Pranay never stopped asking what was possible.

A best friend like Brandon is hard to come by. Meeting through ROTC, he has been the most honest person Blair has known ever since, someone who will call you out on your stupidity but also celebrate your wins harder than anyone in the room. He pushes himself to be better every day and pulls the people around him along for the ride. His drive, grounded as much in his faith as his discipline, is one of the biggest reasons Iron Chapel exists.

Blake is the kind of man who makes you want to be better just by being around him. Meeting through ROTC, they not only became brothers in uniform, but fraternity brothers and lifelong friends. Their code has always been simple: if you will, I will. No ceiling, no excuses. Through every high and every low, Blake has been there cheering. Watching his faith grow over the years has been one of the greatest reminders of what Iron Chapel is really about.

Blair's sister. His sounding board. One of the first people he ever looked up to. Growing up, Libby worked hard to succeed in every direction she turned, and watching that shaped what Blair believed was possible. When Iron Chapel was being built, she was its most honest critic, the one who held the vision accountable. Her drive to stay active, explore, and always get better is threaded into everything this brand stands for.

Adrienne is one of those rare people who never wavers from who she truly is, with no mask for different rooms and no act to keep up. You just get her. That genuineness is contagious: it gives everyone around her the room to drop whatever facade they walked in with and simply be themselves. Pair that with a relentless drive to keep learning in every direction she can, and you have exactly the spirit Iron Chapel was built to encourage, where you come as you are and grow together.

Sabrina's creativity has been one of Blair's driving inspirations to follow through and launch Iron Chapel as a business. Always staying grounded in her faith, even through harder times, she has become a shining light for everyone she interacts with. That creative spark and steady faith are at the heart of this brand, and the reason that Sabrina is one of the rocks Iron Chapel was built on.

Mark is unapologetically himself, and that is rarer than it sounds. It's something all of us are chasing: figuring out who we really are underneath the versions of ourselves we perform for whoever's watching, curating a feed instead of a life. Mark got there. He found the identity God planned for him all along, and there is nothing left to fake. That freedom is what Iron Chapel wants for everyone who walks through the door. Come as you are, and don't worry about who you once were.

Some friendships arrive unexpectedly and end up changing everything. Bryce is one of those. Driven, with a work ethic that's hard to match, he has been growing his relationship with Christ right alongside Blair, proof that iron sharpens iron in real time. But what Bryce really brings is the reminder that strength isn't built alone. Where two are gathered in the name of Jesus, there is a church. Strength of mind and body matters, but it's the relationships centered on God that turn a gym into a chapel.

Loyal to the core, Ryan was the first to push for the next line of merch. He's the "get up and go" one, always down for whatever comes next, and first to talk you into trying something new. Grounded in his faith, he pushes the people around him to take that next step past whatever is holding them back. That is Iron Chapel: show up, step out, do it together.
